Welcome to Veer Sports Complex. By accessing our website and booking our facilities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Booking Rules:

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking through our online system. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult while using the facilities.
Accuracy of Information: When making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and email address.
Facility Allocation: Your booking guarantees access to the specific court or turf section reserved for the exact time slot chosen. It does not grant exclusive access to the entire complex, parking areas, or adjacent properties like the Bikaner Baagh resort unless separately booked.

2. Payments & Pricing:

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay.
Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the price is locked.
A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment is successfully captured and a confirmation email or message is generated by our system.

3. Facility Usage & Player Conduct:

To maintain a safe and premium environment for everyone, all players must adhere to the following rules:

Footwear Restrictions: To protect the 30mm Bellinturf multi-sport grass and pickleball courts only non-marking shoes and specialized turf trainers (TF) are permitted on the main ground. Metal studs, hard cleats, and spiked footwear are strictly prohibited.
Equipment: Players are responsible for their own sports gear. Any rented equipment (such as pickleball paddles, cricket bats) must be returned in the same condition it was issued. Damage to rented equipment will incur a replacement fee.
Code of Conduct: We maintain a family-friendly environment. Aggressive behavior, vandalism, or the use of foul language towards staff or other players will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

4. Assumption & Risk of Liability:

Personal Injury: Engaging in sports such as football, cricket, hockey, and pickleball involves inherent physical risks. By playing at Veer Sports Complex, you assume full responsibility for any personal injury, strain, or medical emergency that occurs during gameplay.
Personal Property: Veer Sports Complex is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the parking lot, changing areas, or near the courts.
Property Damage: Customers are financially responsible for any intentional or reckless damage caused to the turf, nets, floodlights, or facility infrastructure during their booked slot.
