Delivery and Fullfillment Policy

Veer Sports Complex provides sports facility rentals and online booking services. As a service-based business, we do not ship or deliver any physical goods to your address. This Delivery & Fulfillment Policy explains how your bookings are processed and fulfilled.

1. Digital Delivery of Booking Confirmation: 

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful completion of your payment through our Razorpay gateway, your booking is instantly confirmed in our system.

  • Digital Receipt: You will receive a digital order confirmation and receipt sent immediately to the email address and/or phone number provided during the checkout process.

  • Proof of Purchase: This digital confirmation serves as your official ticket and proof of booking.

2. Fulfillment of Service: 

  • On-Site Fulfillment: The actual “fulfillment” of your purchase takes place at our physical location (Veer Sports Complex, Bikaner) on the specific date and time you selected during the booking process.

  • Check-In Process: To claim your booked slot, please arrive at the facility 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You must present your digital booking confirmation (on your phone or printed) to our front desk staff to access the multi-sport turf or pickleball courts.

3. Issues with Digital Delivery: 

  • Missing Confirmations: If money has been deducted from your account but you do not receive an email or SMS confirmation within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

  • If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number so we can manually verify and send your booking details.

4. Non-Fulfillment by the Facility: 

  • If, for any unforeseen reason (such as severe weather conditions, power failures, or emergency turf maintenance), we are unable to fulfill your booked slot, you will be notified immediately.

  • In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule, as detailed in our standard Refund & Cancellation Policy.
